Marden Rehabilitation provides multiple services in outpatient clinic, in-facility and home health settings throughout Ohio. We have been located in the Woodsfield area for over 25 years providing outpatient clinic services. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care from in-facility care to their own homes. We are looking for a PRN PT for our outpatient clinic in Woodsfield, OH who is interested in providing services to our patients with compassion, respect, and top quality care.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services such as start of care, evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharges
Implement plan of care
Complete related documentation
Coordinate with other treating professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio PT License
Current CPR
Experience in a outpatient setting preferred
