Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patient’s homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care from in-facility care to their own homes.
We're looking for OTs that are interested in providing services to our patients with compassion, respect, and top quality care.
What to Expect:
A flexible PRN schedule
Excellent per visit rates
Online documentation
Responsibilities:
Complete evaluations and reassessments
Implement plan of care
Complete related documentation
Coordinate with other treating professions to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio OT License
Current CPR
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
Valid drivers’ license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
