Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patient’s homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care from in-facility care to their own homes. We're looking for experienced Aides that are interested in providing services to our patients with compassion, respect, and top quality care.

Locations:
Portage County – in & around but not excluded from
Cuyahoga Falls, Tallmadge, Stow, Hudson, Aurora
Duties Include:
Follow Care Plans designed for each individual client.
Work with clients in their home performing both personal care assistance as well as light
housekeeping.
Requirements:
Current STNA certification with no gap in previous 24 months of work as an STNA.
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Home Health care experience (preferred)
