Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patient’s homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care from in-facility care to their own homes. We're looking for experienced SLPs that are interested in providing services to our patients' with compassion, respect, and top quality care.

Duties Include:
Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty.
Identify clients' goals for treatment.
Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs.
Requirements:
SLP license
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Home Health care experience (preferred)
